How We Do It

Our story began in 2008 when our Founder, Nada Tran, moved from Vietnam to Adelaide. As a young woman with a mission to explore the world, she set out at 21 years old.

In an effort to share her family's traditions with people, Nada opened a small shop that celebrated Vietnamese flavours, inspired by her grandmother's cooking.

Today, Roll In Saigon has two locations in Adelaide and lunchtime queues often spill over the door.

With a focus on Adelaide's local suppliers and Vietnam's products, our ingredients are selected based on the highest levels of freshness and cultural influence.

Studying her kitchen and cooking techniques into the dark hours of the night and early hours of the morning, our perfectly crafted menu has been years in the making. This is especially true for our star products, Pork Crackling and Roast Pork Belly.

Our menu offers a proud selection of Saigon's most memorable and tasty dishes, each with a modern twist. Come and try it out today!
